Leadership Training: 5 Steps to Recycle Right for DC Schools

This 2-hour recycling leadership training seminar prepares a team of responsible staff (the responsible administrator, operations lead, education lead, and up to 3 additional staff or students) to implement the “5 Steps to Recycle Right” for DC schools. The training consists of a building walk-through informed by the DCPS Recycles! Honor Roll checklist and a facilitated team planning session which generates an action plan with immediate next steps. Participants will be prepared to lead the school in meeting DC’s legal requirements for recycling right.
