What we’ve learned

We’ve learned that recycling success is highly dependent on effective leadership by responsible individuals, especially cleaning professionals. Recycling is easy! Leading change is hard. Leadership effectiveness is not determined by socio-economic factors. Rather, responsible staff and students become effective leaders when they receive the right support.

Our approach

We produce packaged impactful action projects that students, schools, and school districts can do either on their own or with training and support.

We provide training, coaching, and peer networking to school staff and emerging student leaders to help them do waste action projects that bring about lasting measurable change at the individual, organizational, or institutional level.

We have extensive experience helping schools in the DC Metropolitan area and we can help your business, non-profit, faith organization, or community group make a change for the better.
